Any father would agree that a wedding is one of the happiest days in his daughter or son’s life. This is a once in a lifetime experience, unless a couple divorce, so it’s important to make that day very special and unforgettable. That’s why when I delivered a speech I made sure that I would add good moments to it. There must be no hurting of feelings but making the couple happy instead. I can tell that I made them feel proud not because of what I’ve said but what my heart felt toward them. To make it more interesting, I added some lines of jokes and humor in every paragraph of the speech. Believe me this will make your speech sounds a lot better. Just remember the golden key of delivering a speech and that is to make it short. Those things helped me on how to create a wonderful and most memorable wedding speech.

Plain but perfect! That’s what I call to this article post. It’s easy to understand and follow which I did to make my wedding speech the best and the perfect one. Nobody might claim what I’m talking about here to be true but I did experience a great moment writing and presenting it in front of several people. My daughter was the only one I needed to prove me right and I wouldn’t care about other people might say yet some of them told me my speech was incredibly good.

I don’t like hearing long wedding speeches. I thought everybody knows that it must be only short? I had to show this article to my older brother because when he read to me his speech for the wedding of her daughter, my niece of course, it could take around 10 minutes. That’s long enough I’ve told him. He was a bit right about how a dad could tell great things about his daughter if it’s only about 5 minutes or less. I guess it wouldn’t be easy for him to keep it limited since he’s very close to his daughter. I couldn’t debate so I hoped by reading this would just make him change his mind and I let him do whatever he wanted. To my surprise, at the moment he stood up and gave his speech, it lasted only 3 minutes. I guess he listened to me after all, or should I rather say he followed one of the tips here.

What I love about this reading are the things that do not make the bride feel special. It is natural for every father to have the instinct to speak from the heart although some may not be as deep as I think. My point here is that the wedding is also about the groom and the uniting of two families in one. So when I delivered my speech, I gave a fair greeting to everybody. My daughter would always be the star no matter what but that didn’t hold me back to forget other people. This article may not have mentioned about the part of a wedding speech that the groom has to be talked about somehow yet it’s clear for me to add him to my father of the bride speech.

The wedding of my daughter gave me some time and forced me to reveal how happy I was that we have her in our lives. My full support and the gladness that I felt when she came over to my house with her boyfriend to tell me they’re engaged were evident until these days. There are no perfect words to define what I felt at that time because it was more than a joy. I was speechless. It all came out when I prepared the father of the bride speech. To write special message to my daughter and to her groom was a big privilege. I finished my father of the bride speech with tears shedding from my eyes. It was one of the best feelings in the world.

Tips in writing father of the bride speeches are very helpful for me personally. I made a meaningful and heartwarming father of the bride speech. I want to share this because a lot of people don’t find it very essential to make ay father of the bride speech. But it’s clear from this article that a speech must not be a list of words brought together by the mind but through the heart also. I thought I can easily make an outline for my speech but I was wrong! After reading the tips here I concluded that it’s not only about wedding jokes or famous lines that you can copy are the contents of a wedding speech. It’s all about passion and love. At the moment I gave my speech, my daughter was very happy. I’ve seen it from her eyes and her embrace after that as an expression of congratulatory or maybe appreciation proved it.
